Standard Table Information:

• Each exhibitor space will include one 6' table, draping, and two chairs

• Friday, March 21st from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Setup will be on Friday, March 21st from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday, March 22nd from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM  
• Tear down will be Saturday, March 22nd from 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
• There are no exhibits on Sunday.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Why sponsor? Because they notice!!

Attendees notice the little things and oftentimes a sponsorship allows a company to standout and be recognized. Companies that sponsor a conference event will receive special recognition on signage, at the annual luncheon, in the event app and can have company representatives at the sponsored event (limited to certain events).     

• Welcome Reception (1 available): $5,000
• Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the reception and on drink tickets used by attendees.  Recognition will be provided in the app, OSANA website and displayed at annual luncheon.  Company representatives can attend the event at no cost.
• Beverage Meeting Break (multiple available): $600 each 
• Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the break, listed in the app and displayed during the annual awards luncheon presentation.
• Breakfast Sponsor (2 available): $1,500 each
• Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the breakfast, listed in the app and displayed during the annual awards luncheon presentation.
