- Each exhibitor space will include one 6' table, draping, and two chairs
Exhibition Dates and Hours
- Friday, March 20th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Setup will be on Friday, March 20th from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday, March 21st from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Tear down will be Saturday, March 21st from 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
- There are no exhibits on Sunday.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Why sponsor? Because they notice!!
Attendees notice the little things and oftentimes a sponsorship allows a company to standout and be recognized. Companies that sponsor a conference event will receive special recognition on signage, at the annual luncheon, in the event app and can have company representatives at the sponsored event (limited to certain events).
- Welcome Reception Sponsor (1 available): $5,000
- Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the reception and on drink tickets used by attendees. Recognition will be provided in the event app, OSANA website and displayed at annual luncheon. Company representatives can attend the event at no cost.
- Meal Sponsor (multiple available): $2,000 each
- Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the meal and on the meal ticket, as well as listed in the event app and displayed during the annual awards luncheon presentation.
- Meeting Break Sponsor (multiple available): $750 each
- Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the break and listed in the event app.

Hotel Information
The Hilton @ Easton includes all the amenities you’d come to expect at a luxury hotel and is located within walking distance to over 200 restaurants and shops. OSANA has secured a room block for the annual conference at a rate of $202.00+ per night, plus tax. Online reservations will open in January of 2026.
